Welcome! I’m Candace McCallister, a natural health practitioner who can help you and your family find answers to your health struggles that are both natural AND really work. I work with clients in three refreshingly holistic ways:
One: As a Mental Health Counselor (LAC in the state of Arkansas)
I work with adults and children who struggle with mental health symptoms and want natural alternatives that address what’s really going on in their bodies, minds, and spirits so that they can be happy, calm, and motivated while still feeling like themselves.*
Two: As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner
I work with people who have a health issue they can’t seem to get past, like headaches, acne, digestive symptoms, and low energy. They’re looking for a practitioner who “gets it” and who is willing to dig deeper into what’s really going on so they can finally get better.
Three: As a Thai Bodywork Practitioner
Thai Bodywork is an ancient healing tradition that uses gentle pressure, fluid movements, and stretching to ease stagnation and pain in the body. This modality gives long-term relief from pain, aids in detoxification, and supports healing from symptoms caused by chronic stress.
There really are natural solutions that work.
I can’t wait to tell you all about them and see you start feeling better!
I’d also LOVE to hear from you. Send me an email at email@example.com!

It is always important that you consult your health care professional before making major dietary changes and before using herbs or natural remedies, in the case that it may do harm to your body or conflict with medication. It is also of UTMOST importance that your doctor or psychiatrist monitor any changes in your medication, as weaning off medications can be a difficult process.
