Sweet Water Offering

2 3Thank God you’ve come! We’re so glad you’re here.

We are natural health practitioners who have a passion for mental health without medication.

  • 1 in 4 adults in America will experience mental illness this year.
  • 1 on 4 women currently take a prescription medication for a mental health condition. That’s over 50 million women!
  • We believe there are more options than simply taking medication or struggling without it.
  • We believe there is hope for another way.

We work with women who battle low to medium level anxiety and depression. They want natural alternatives that address what’s really going on in their bodies, minds, and spirits so that they can feel happy, calm, and motivated while still feeling like themselves.*

We are here to support you through education and support groups. We are not doctors, and we are not trying to take on that role. It is always important that you consult your health care professional before making major dietary changes and before using herbs or natural remedies, in the case that it may do harm to your body or conflict with medication. It is also of UTMOST importance that your doctor or psychiatrist monitor any changes in your medication, as weaning off medications can be a difficult process.
